That would have led me to the first charge....but I was not there....too bad because we would all be sitting there until the cows came home. I would NEVER have let that girl walk. I think that is the real kicker! They could have found her guilty of lesser charges and didn't. It seems like they didn't understand that.
Considering the penalty was NOT their job, which makes it a shame when the prosecution has no recourse when this happens.
