Exactly. This isn't about what to feed a dog that has special medical problems. When they have health issues, all bets are off and you feed them what you have to. Hills, Purina prescription, etc., that
would be THE BEST food for that dog under those circumstances.
However, this is about what you feed a dog when you DO have a choice.
