I'll be the stand alone here. Groomers, licenses and other services requiring rabies vaccines SUCKS for those of us who have yorkies that are allergic to them!

I think it should be OPTIONAL. I will never vaccinate another pet for rabies while living in a city. It's too dangerous and scary IMO. If you saw how my Stewie was after his vaccine, you'd probably feel the same way.
