Toby has Grade 3-4 in one leg and 2 in the other. I give him glucosamine every day and keep his weight down. He has actually gained some weight again so it's back to giving him less kibble. We also have doggy stairs he uses for the bed. We sell them on our website in my signature. A few people on YT have purchased them from our website and say their dogs absolutely love them and keeps them from jumping off furniture. We have a two-step set of stairs for getting on and off furniture.

FYI - they wanted to do surgery on Toby and I asked for other options and they were not to let him jump off high places, keep his weight down and give him glucoasmine. That was about a year ago and surgery is a last resort in my eyes (unless it affects his way of life.) I've heard others say surgery is a last resort too.
