I understand you so well if there are many loose bad dogs in the neighbourhood, is it legal or illegal for dogs to walk unleashed where you live? If its illegal I would call the police and tell them about those people if its legal then I would go to the dogs owners and talk to them and ask if they could have them leashed, most people are very nice and do it for you glad
Where I live its banned to have dog without a leash except in a garden that is dog-proof, so if I see a dog on the loose I talk to the owners, if the dog comes to me and is going to attack Fido for example I kick the dog (I'm not a bad dog owner, I just prefer that the dog attacks me than my dog ! its the only thing that works for the dogs here that attack Fido sometimes, I watchout for not hurting them but if the dog has his mouth around Fido's neck I kick with all power cause I dont want my dog dead because of some stupid owner ! I hope you understand me).
I HATE when dogs that bite are loose ! But just because of them I can't just stop walking Fido, instead I walk him elsewhere
Can't you go somewhere else to walk her ??
I think its neccesary for all dogs to walk at least 20-30 minutes a day and run 1-2 a week free, thats just what I think
If I dont walk Fido at least something everyday he gets depressed, doesnt wanna play or eat !
