Dogs often do very good housetraining at first when all is new and exciting but in a few months, decide they know better how it is more comfortable or better for them and they start to do things the way they want. I would watch her much more closely, and take her out once an hour when you are home. Yes, once an hour to get her back into the expectation that no matter what, the opportunity to "go" will be coming up soon. I've had great success with even the stubbornest housetraining session going right once I started the one trip every hour outside schedule. Even the most stubborn dog will succumb to those frequent chances to mark their outside territory and leave good scent for all the other dogs. You might try that when you are home and reduce her confinement space when you are away. But if the dog knows that it will have frequent chances soon, they really do like to get on board with that once it becomes a habit. Then, you can reduce the trips outside and little by little work back to a reasonable outside potty schedule. I sincerely hope you find something that works! Best wishes!
