So we will continue to use Advantix because it's the only thing that keeps the ticks totally away from us. Though I only use Advantix in the summer months and back to Frontline from around October-April because I am not totally comfortable using the permethin in Advantix year-round. Btw, he got Lymes in January, a cold month, and ticks were still getting on him in December so they are here all year. Believe me, I would LOVE not to use anything but it's just not always a possibility. |
Agree! And I read an article last night how humid weather in New England has caused the adult deer tick populations to be up 52% from last year. I am checking daily for this tiny tick that's as big as a sesame seed.
