Hi

I think you need to start from the beginning with potty training her...I'm not a fan of crate training...I would get a xpen or play yard and confine her in that during the day and at night, anytime that you can't watch her like a hawk confine her.

I would start with confining her all the time while in the house....taking her outside every few hours, learning her schedule...most dogs will poop atleast 2 times a day...mine poop in the morning at 530am when I get up for work...they go potty before I go, than again around 4 or 5 pm....so learning her poop schedule is very important...her success starts and ends with you being very consistent with her potty times.

What I do is...when its time to go outside...I talk to my babies, I say to them...lets to go OUTSIDE and POTTY I make it sound fun and I continue saying this to them until we are outside, than I say go potty and hurry up until they do their business...once they have done their business I throw a huge potty party with tons of praises and a treat...and I take them right back inside...I don't let them play at all outside until I'm confident that they know this is where I want them to do their business...I don't want them thinking outside is play time until I have them trained, so when she potties outside praise praise praise and give her a treat...Yorkies love attention and when she see that you are happy with her potty habits, she will continue to try and please you...potty training is a 24/7 job that never ends, not even when you think she is fully trained continue with the praises and treats...thats where alot of people make their mistakes, they train for a few weeks, things are going good and they think I'm done she is trained now and they stop with the praises and treats, next thing you know she stops her good potty habits too cause she isn't getting that attention but if she potties in the house than she gets that attention she wants...good or bad...and if you catch her in the act of pottying in the house...say NO in a very firm voice...don't yell it at her...the tone change in your voice will be enough to catch her attention and she will stop, than take her right outside and say go potty in a happy tone...letting her know this is where you want her to potty...hope this helps and remember most need to potty first thing in the mornings, after eating or drinking, after any play time, and right before bed time...good luck!
