The only information I can give is to tell your friend to have a good vet and also know where the emergency vet clinics are in your area.
And, if the puppy grows to a size she is not happy with (which happens OFTEN) I guess give her a list of rescues....but tell her to keep in mind that yorkies are being dumped daily in the state of TX so she should be prepared to wait to surrender him/her if she decides to. Hopefully she will not just discard it in a shelter.
OR...hopefully she will fall in love with it and give up the idea of having a rat sized yorkie.
