So do I. I tried to give her the name of a reputable breeder who breeds for quality and not size. This puppy is 1.3lbs at 12 weeks - that is really tiny for a flight, don't you think?

People who are looking for what your friend is looking for either get ripped off or end up paying through the nose for vetting for a sick puppy.
