We tried the Pup Head one with Ella when she first came home for a few weeks. I have since decided to train her to go outside at home and am using the grass patch at work. She uses it just fine - no problems. I actually put a baby lap pad under the grass inside the tray to catch the pee and wash it nightly. The grass definitely has an odor and has to be washed out a lot but it has worked for us especially since there will be no where for her to go at my work in the winter once it snows.
