I agree with casually repeating the company name in conversation. If they try to correct you, politely try to explain the pronunciation.

Sounds a lot like Porsche. Most of the US is convinced that it is one syllable and leave off the "ah" at the end. Ask a German to pronounce it.

Personal names I always correct. The instant the person says Patricia, you say Priscilla. Don't wait for them to finish their sentence. If I got someone's name wrong, I would want to be corrected.
