I didn't see the ad people are referring to but we do have a section here titled "FOR SALE" and I think it is okay to post there. It doesn't offend me. A lot of breeders are just too busy to spend much time chatting on the forum. I really appreciate the great ones we have who do to help educate us lay people everyday, but I think our membership is astute enough to decipher those ads for what they are and let it go at that. In California, especially southern California, it is not easy to find a healthy, good quality yorkie puppy from a reputable breeder for less than $2000. That's just a fact. If you want the pick of the litter you are probably going to pay more than that. I know it's different in other parts of the country, but the demand for yorkie puppies is high and so the market sets the price. Available puppies go very quickly and you have to stay on top of it if you want to get one.
