Why are you giving cottage cheese to a sick dog? This is exactly how you got in trouble in the first place. Her GI tract has to rest! I also have no idea why this vet did not run blood work and opted for 4 xrays - I would have had a problem with that myself.

Do the dog a favor - let her rest, give her the i/d when she wants to eat. She's pumped up with fluids and does not need to eat today. Try in the morning.
