I had a list of names picked out that I liked (Miette -- still love that one, Pippa, and Nilla), and my husband's favorite out of those was Nilla. I decided to side with him and call her that because it's very cute, it's not too human-y (I don't like when you name a dog something and you know a ton of people with the same name or call it out and someone else responds) but not a common dog name either, and it's easy for other people to pronounce! Plus, when I explain what her name is I can just say 'Nilla Wafer' and people get it, lol! I didn't intend on giving her a middle name, but I usually call her Nilla Bean (like vanilla bean ice cream) unintentionally when I play with her, so she'll probably think her name's Nilla Bean. That's okay though, she kind of has the look of vanilla bean ice cream. Sorry guys, I'm a rambler.
