I'm glad it's not simple to change the information on the chip.

I'm thinking the procedure doesn't require them to be asleep ... It's supposed to be very simple. They may insert it with a needle? I feel like I've heard that, but I'm not completely sure. I have to take Nilla for a check-up Friday, and I'm hoping they can do it then. I'll pay the extra money for safety and peace of mind!
