To the original poster - I've had terrible insomnia for almost 20yrs now. Do you think you're developing true insomnia at all? I absolutely must take a med to sleep at night. Otherwise, I wake up all night long and I'm exhausted in the morning.
I've tried a lot of sleep meds, and Ambien seems to work best - and it's cheap. The Ambien CR is really expensive, and doesn't work well for me anyway.
Also, meditations on my ipod are really nice (I have to be in the mood tho).
