I just bought a Goobey harness for Nilla at at local pet boutique. They're supposed to be good about not pulling on their throats. She has a cute little collar, but she tugs when we walk and she's just so small that I don't feel comfortable dragging her around. It seems pretty lightweight and breathable to me, but I don't take her out very much because she's young. Worth a try, they're not too expensive!
