Well, all they could determine is that it is NOT her knee/hip/leg, thank goodness!!! We think it is actually her toe nail maybe pulled away from the skin. Her second nail seems to get the reaction from her. So she is now floating in la la land on pain killers. Which, by the way, were a chore to get down her! Lol.
