Don't panic yet! I was an x-ray and mammo tech for 20 years and this happens all of the time. They are only taking more pictures and the sono to EVALUATE it does not mean something is wrong. And when tissue is abnormal it does not mean cancer every time. Take things one at a time or you will make yourself crazy. Try to think positive. As for support, when you go back in ask the tech about any support groups if your news is bad. You will be amazed at how much you can gain from talking to other people going through the same thing as you. You are in my prayers, good luck.
