I do. I did my own research when my dermatologist and allergist couldn't tell me why I had a rash/bumps on my legs, torso and arms. Cut out gluten and it went away. Ate a pizza, drank some beer and was headed for the bathroom within 30 minutes. All the proof I needed. I have since had a saliva test that confirmed I was extremely intolerate of gluten. I've also been diagnosed with dairy, chocolate, tomato and corn allergies. Joy. I avoid gluten like the plaque, but can tolerate limited amounts of the rest. It has definitely helped me. It's expensive, but the alternative is not an option for me. I have not been tested for Celiac as my Dr. requested, because the testing $$$ requires that you consume a diet of gluten for two or more weeks. In the end, you get (or not) a diagnosis of Celiac and have to avoid gluten. Hmmm, no thanks.
