My godmother's brother and his wife just lost their precious little Yorkie named Diva. She was 2 years old and the LOVE of their life. This dog had 6 (expensive) beds, soooo many beautiful clothes and a stroller. They literally took her everywhere. She was their precious little baby -- especially since they had raised their 2 human children and now the "nest was empty" and of course Diva filled that void for them with love.
Diva drowned in the new pool that they just had built in their back yard. They walked outside to see their little girl floating in the pool. They don't even know how she got outside. They are truly heart broken. The husband had to be taken to the hospital to be tranquilized today because he can't stop crying and vomiting.
Please keep them both in your prayers right now. I just called and I can't stop crying because of the immense pain they are in -- they can barely speak 1 single word without sobbing. Please pray for them and for baby Diva.
Diva I know that you're safe at the Rainbow Bridge right now and you're with my little angel Katie. We all love you Diva - rest in peace little princess. |
OMG....I'm so sorry...that is such a horrible tragedy. Prayers for both of them to heal....
