It could be LP, but it usually doesn't present with that much pain or limping out of nowhere. Could be a sprain/strain/pull, CCL tear, hip issue.

Thank you so much for the advice. I have an appt at 3:30
as that is the earliest he can get me in today. I hope she is not in pain right now. She doesn't seem to be, but she is still limping pretty bad when she walks. I am lying in bed still otherwise she would be up following me around. It's the only way to keep her in her bed.
