I read the news article (above), and you've done EVERYthing to get your babies back, Peggy. Nothing comes to my mind that you haven't already tried. Try not to lose hope, bc they could be returned to you at any moment, due to all of your efforts.
My heart truly breaks for you. I so hope you have family and friends near you, whom you can lean on, and who will keep your hope alive. I'm sending love, and endless hope.
