Not sure how you feel about herbs during pregnancy but I work at a birth center and this is what we recommend. Obviously check with your OB!

Use the leaves of the lemon verbena plant to relieve sinus pressure. This herb is commonly used in teas and deserts and is readily available wherever herbs are sold. The leaves can be used in a steam treatment or as part of an herbal tea to help break up sinus congestion, lower fever and soothe a sore throat.

Combine 1/2 tsp. of salt with 1/2 cup of water and microwave the mixture until warm. Pour a little of the mixture into the palm of your hand and gently snort some into each congested nostril. This remedy can be used regularly throughout the day to relieve mild sinus congestion.

Stay away from echinacea and goldenseal- not good for expectant mommies!
Snort a tiny amount of ginger powder to relieve sinus pain. This remedy can be used frequently, as sinus symptoms persist. Discontinue the use of this remedy if you begin to experience bloody noses.

All of our moms tend to lean towards herbs and natural products versus OTC medications or prescriptions.....if you aren't interested, disregard, won't hurt my feelings at all.
