 limping for a few hours now...
Why oh why do dogs, especially yorkies, have to have such bad knees?? Well Lana was attacking her toy as she loves to do and began yelping in pain! After finally calming her down we got her to attempt to walk. She is no longer whinning or whimpering but is limping really bad. She is currently lying in her bed right next to mine but I can't sleep because I keep checking on her. Is there anything I can give her for pain? Additionally we have her dental cleaning set up for Thursday. I guess its too early to tell if we should cancel it but any thoughts about that at this point? I am so sad. I don't think I will ever get a pet again. I can't handle them in pain. I can't stand it! I don't even think she is in much pain but I'm terrified that she will be worse in the morning. |
