Ok, so how do you say cow stomach in spanish? I am assuming it's the same cow stomach that's used in menudo as is used in pho. Looks the same, but in pho it is still white and more crunchy bc it hasn't been cooked for hours. In pho, that part is called tripe in english. I assumed tripas=tripe, but know you are telling me tripas=small intestine. So, I am still confused, but just slightly.
