I don't have any advice as I don't have a need for those types of products, but I thought I would bump up your question so that more would see it.

Do you know what is causing the problem? It could be a little infection, and your vet could help with that. Or, is it allergies? Other times, a change in food or water can help. Some have had great success eliminating the eye gunk by finding a food that did not cause the problem, and some have seen a big improvement by eliminating tap water and using bottled water.
