I am so sorry to hear of your misfortune at this kennel. We got our Snorkie from her 2 years ago and she is the love of our lives. We had no complaints about her kennel in fact I thought they had a nice place and clean. A lot of love was given to her babies and we had absolutely no problems and she was really a sweet gal. Did you get a refund as they are guaranteed for a year although that doesn't help your headache much. I was in love with Gretta the moment I saw her and can't imagine how hard that must have been for you. Again, I'm sorry.....
