She did have the high lipase issue with no symptoms though, right? My first thought would be here pancreas again because vomiting a lot and lethargy is a common presentation of it.
Could just be motion sickness or a virus/bug. Anymore vomiting though and she would need to see the vet today.

Gums are pink and wet (I am a gum nut- I think i check them like 4 times a day!)- I wrote you on FB- right now she is eating a small plate of food- we are going to go sit outside (has cooled WAY down- rain on the way and a strong wind) to see if she will keep it down.
