They could still fall out on their own at this point cause is he only 7 mos old...but I wouldn't wait until he is a year old to have them removed if they don't fall out...waitting that long could damage the adult teeth...IMO if they haven't fallin out by 9 mos old get them removed, don't wait.
I had my Harley neutered at 7 mos old....it only cost me 200.00 and that was for everything...neuter, 4 baby teeth removed and microchipped...500.00 bucks is insane
