It is very common for them to have to get the baby teeth pulled. I got my babies spayed/neutered at 1 years old so they can also pull their baby teeth out. I was going to suggest that, but you have already got your baby spayed. If they don't fall out, you will have to get them pulled. Yes, it's expensive, but it will be MORE expensive in the future if you leave it. Also, you should be brushing her teeth to keep her teeth in good shape and that should rid the bad breath.

Our babies get their teeth brushed every night and get a chew and a star every other day along with brushing. It has saved us from having to bring them in to get dental cleaning (quite expensive as well). I've heard people bringing them in every 6 months to a year, but ours is turning 2 years and they are fine (no bad breath as well). I guess, what you put in is what you get. Good luck!
