I have been using it a few times a day since Sat. so a few days. I can definietely tell it helps immediatly after using it but then I am clogged again. I did get in touch with my OB and he said Sudafed is fine and also suggested Claritin D.
I hate taking medications, especially being pregnant, but my head is so congested.
