So sorry to hear your news but am glad you shared and asked for prayer. I believe we give it to Him first and ask for strength no matter what the outcome. Know that the Lord loves and cares for you and KNOWS what you are going through...try to find peace and comfort in that. I would also spend time with your sister in Florida if possible as I'm sure she can encourage you since she has been through this before.
