I would advise getting the Advantix for your dog. We used Frontline last year on our cats and we still had big engorged ticks coming in on them. I had to meet them at the door with a flea comb and a tick puller. It was awful. I guess we have had enough rain this year that the ticks are not as many. I hope it stays that way.
