One grape is not considered toxic to an average sized Yorkie, but there is no minimum toxic amount known. So the dog's vet should always be the one to decide that vomiting doesn't need to be induced. They have different comfort levels. |
one grape should be ok. If one grape could harm a dog there would be information out saying that. But as Ellie May said.. the toxic effect can build up. The scary part is if the dog were to eat a lot of grapes the effect would be later... like an over does of Tylenol in humans.
