While checking for fleas I noticed my dog developed these medium sized brown flat spots on his chest. There is a cluster of the spots and I am positive they were not there before. They don't seem to be bothering him but I am still not sure if this if normal or not.

This isn't my dogs picture, found it on google but this is how the spots look:

Only on Max they are on his chest and there are a lot more than the pic above.

Do you know what that is?
