It's funny when they do that!!
Toto has the tiniest "voice" I have ever heard and sometimes it's so tiny you can barely hear it and if you don't respond, it gets a tad louder! We love wipey time ... can't stand that pee pee smell, Patrick especially loves it because Toto loves to snuggle up close to his beard!!!
