If Callie wakes up before me I normally wake up to the sound of her tags jingling as she gets up stretches and walks to the door to my bedroom but if for some reason I dont wake up to that she will do a little cry or smack the door with her paw. A lot of the time I have to wake her up when I get up but sometimes she likes to wake up when she can hear my grandpa (an early riser) up and she will lay down in the living room near him while he drinks his coffee and reads the paper. The cute thing is my grandpa who has never been a dog person but has fallen in love with Callie will cover her up with a blankie and talk to her in the mornings as well as give her some good morning rubs.
