Yes... I should have been more specific about that... I recognized the collar once I walked up to the dog... so I knew it was for an invisible fence... I just don't think a Yorkie is the type of dog that should be able to wander outside alone... again nothing is preventing something harmful to come into the yard. You are right... its a shame people aren't thinking about the well being of their baby.
