Oh Jen I am so sorry to hear about your baby!
If you think the vet does not really know that much about yorkies or small dogs, you should probobly mention what YOU know about the hypoglosemia (sp)? and stuff like that. You mentioned "greenies".....hmmmmm was he eating them before he got sick? He may have a problem from them. I would mention that also. Did you look at his butt to make sure that he doesnt have any poop blocking his bumm? That happened to Louie when I first got him and it made him so sick so the vet pulled it out and he was fine....he said it was like a cork stuck in there and it made him sick..other than that I really dont know what else to tell you. sorry Hun.
