Exclamation Please help! Sick biewer baby :(

I just got a new baby on Friday. It was a three hour drive to get her home, and she vomited in my lap on the way. I got her on home and offered her water and food, of which she ate very little. But she was being playful and did a good deal of whining when I put her in her crate. She slept all night, and woke up Saturday playful, crate clean, and still eating very little. I took her to my vet for her introduction/checkup along with her shot records. There was no record of her being wormed, and I figured he knew what he was doing. He shoved a half tab of Drontal plus down her throat with water, and although she wasn't happy, she seemed fine until an hour or so later. She started throwing up brown liquid so much that I took her to the emergency clinic, where she tested neg for parvo and had no worms. They gave her a shot of Reglan and prescribed her metronidazole and metoclopramide. She never stopped drinking water but would not go near her food. She finally stopped vomiting yesterday evening after I added a little charcoal to the water, but she is completely lethargic and eerily quiet.

This morning she kept down her meds and some honey I gave her, but vomited once right after drinking a lot of water. She has had more water since then and kept it down. She urinates frequently and has had to dark, semisolid (not runny, but kinda sticky) bowel movements. This is torture for me. I know she needs more than water and honey, but can't handle and doesn't want food. My playful sweetie has done a 180 on me. She only sleeps, sips, and eliminates. What can I do?
