Cry New To Site w/ Shaking Baby!!

Hi everyone! I am new member to the site (first post). I have read through all the postings about shaking Yorkies and mine is still not doing well. I have a little male Yorkie about 4 lbs (Mojo). He started yesterday not eating much and just laying around the house and barely moving - even having a hard time walking (can't make it up steps at all). Late yesterday, he started shaking...I read all the posts and gave him NutriCal and around midnight, he finally ate some rice and boiled chicken/chicken broth...he was up all night, shaking, etc. He had not used the bathroom until about 30 minutes ago. It was very little and runny...knwo he is probably ready to finally "go" since he hasn't in two days. We go to the vet in a few hours.

What can I suggest to them....x-ray (to make sure there is no blockage), etc? If anyone could tell me what to expect at the vet or what ideas to offer to them, that would be helpful. I live in a very small rural area and the vets around here are mainly farm vets.....yikes! I know!

He is a big fan of Greenies and Dingo Bones....but not anymore (not worth losing him over a favorite treat)! - if you have good ideas on new treats to give (my little guy is picking), that would be wonderful!

Thank you very much from a very worried mommy!
