Only contact him if you know of a good rescuer. I wish we covered further states but are limited by the lack of willing foster homes. Without a foster home to go to, Yorkies die in shelters.
Please crosspost this widely so that this Yorkie girl can find the family she needs. She has had a very hard time of it. This is her second home. She has no aggression issues and wants very much to be loved and held.
