Grapes won't cause an immediate and noticeable reaction. They can send a pup into kidney failure which can't always be observed right away.
One grape is not considered toxic to an average sized Yorkie, but there is no minimum toxic amount known. So the dog's vet should always be the one to decide that vomiting doesn't need to be induced. They have different comfort levels.
