I'm sorry but I'm not sure what a toungs is, do you mean tongue?? (the part of the body in the mouth) If that is it then I guess you could either hold the mouth closed or tie it closed. But I'm thinking she won't be letting it out while you have those clippers in your hand.. LOL I did the same thing to Lilly with her ear, she moved and I cut her, it was just a nick, but man did she bleed.. I just washed it off and held a towel on it until the bleeding stopped.
