One of my "claims to fame" is that when Joan and I married we had a western wedding at the Beaumont Ranch in Texas just outside of Dallas.
After the wedding we spent the night in an Hotel in Fort Worth Stock Yards and the room we slept in was the very same room that Bonnie and Clyde slept in when they planned to rob the bank across the road.
As I am a misplaced cowboy this meant a lot to me, silly yes I agree but if I can't enjoy silly things in life then life is not worth the effort.
