Agreed. Aside from the public records issue, what someone posts about themselves on public forums is fair game. It's pretty hard to reconcile someone claiming they want to be known as a reputable breeder while simultaneously asking for help committing fraud.
Caveat emptor, people. When someone is trying to show you who they REALLY are, believe them.
