Did you get him as a young pup? I agree...when he shows aggression remove him from the situation and sayNO! When I brought my girls home I would put my hand near the dish then take it away. If they growled I would say NO! My 3yr old grand daughter can sit right next to them while they are eating and take the food right out of their dish and they just look at her...the only one that can't go near their food dish or water is our cat....
