Personally, I would put her back on the I/D and not give her anything else! She was doing fine on that.
I am sure she is stressed because of the new family addition. That is perfectly normal. Not eating is also perfectly normal. When I adopt a pup out I let people know that the pup may not eat for 2 or 3 days but not to worry and not to give them something different. Best to let them adjust....they usually will start eating within three days. I have never had a problem with a pup that did not eat....they will eat when they need to!
Let her adjust. Let her and also Micki know that she was there first and that she is number one. It takes time for them to understand that they can share and still be loved and happy!
